1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the fv999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fv999 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the fv999 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a director, employee, consultant, agent, or supplier of fv999, nor a close relative of any such person, where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

fv999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof upon request may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure of the account.

2 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the fv999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update your details promptly if any information changes. fv999 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• You must notify fv999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• fv999 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any time at its discretion.
• Accepted KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership.

fv999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds deposited to and withdrawn from the fv999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fv999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated within the platform's cashier section.

fv999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant deposit; withdrawal typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Nagad — instant deposit; withdrawal typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant deposit; standard processing applies.
• Upay — subject to availability; processing times as communicated in the cashier.
• Bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported institutions — processing times of 1–3 business days may apply.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, and only to an account held in the same name as the registered fv999 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. fv999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

fv999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fv999 accepts no responsibility.

4 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the fv999 platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport, event, and bet type selected, in addition to these general Terms. Market-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the sportsbook and casino. In the event of conflict between market-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the market-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the fv999 system. Attempted bets that do not generate a confirmation have not been accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• fv999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that were quoted in error, at incorrect odds, or where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or refused at any time during a live event at fv999's discretion.
• Maximum single-bet payout limits apply. These limits are communicated within the relevant market and supersede any apparent obligation arising from the stated odds.
• Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. Where official results are unavailable or disputed, fv999 may delay settlement pending clarification.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system faults, or pricing discrepancies to place bets at incorrect odds constitutes abuse and will result in bet voidance and potential account action. fv999 does not accept liability for errors in odds or market availability caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fv999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with this clause.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• fv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements already in progress are honoured.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to fv999 upon demand. fv999 may deduct incorrectly credited bonus amounts from your account balance.
• Players who fv999 determines have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds may be subject to different withdrawal and wagering conditions as detailed in the cashier section of the platform.

6 Responsible Gaming

fv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a specified number of consecutive hours on the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fv999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the fv999 platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or access account functions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event on which bets are offered by fv999.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction through fv999 in a manner inconsistent with lawful gambling activity.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Exploiting technical errors, mispriced odds, or system malfunctions to gain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward fv999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any fv999 content, software, data, or intellectual property.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

fv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at fv999.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account with fv999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by fv999 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery and improvement of fv999's services. fv999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to support platform operations, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

All data transmitted through the fv999 platform is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. fv999 maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fv999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of fv999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

fv999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of fv999's content or platform for commercial purposes.
• Modify or create derivative works based on fv999 content without prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping tools, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the fv999 platform without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of fv999's intellectual property terminates the licence granted herein and may expose you to legal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fv999.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fv999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

fv999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. fv999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service outside its reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, fv999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the fv999 platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your fv999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

fv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other fv999 policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies; fees may be deducted from dormant account balances as communicated in the cashier section).
• Where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by fv999 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, fv999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including winnings derived from the period during which the breach occurred.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online service agreements in the jurisdiction in which fv999 operates. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and fv999, you should first contact the fv999 support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through the 24/7 live chat support service. fv999 is committed to treating all disputes fairly and in accordance with its published policies.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support team within a reasonable period, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and fv999 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
